Rascafría Town Council (Ayuntamiento de Rascafría) processes the personal data of users of this website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Legal basis: performance of a task carried out in the public interest (Art. 6(1)(e) GDPR), in connection with the promotion of tourism by the municipality. Retention: for as long as necessary to reply and, thereafter, for the period required by the rules on administrative records and archives.
The email address you provide in order to receive news and tourism updates about Rascafría.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every mailing. Retention: until you unsubscribe.
Identification and contact details and, where applicable, billing details and details of the service booked (for example, your vehicle registration number for car park bookings), in order to manage purchases, bookings, payments and refunds, and your user account.
Legal basis: performance of the service requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Retention: for as long as the relationship lasts and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
Card payments are made through the bank’s secure payment gateway. The Town Council neither sees nor stores your full card details.
If you post a review or manage a business listing, we process your account details and the content you publish in order to display it on the website and moderate it.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for business listings, the public-interest task of promoting tourism (Art. 6(1)(e) GDPR). Retention: for as long as the content remains published or until you request its erasure.
